Terms of service

These terms apply to the Outreon service provided by [company legal name] to business customers. By using Outreon you agree to them.

The service

Outreon finds businesses, calls them with an AI voice agent on your behalf, and reports the results in a dashboard and by email. Plans, prices and included calls are listed on the pricing page.

Acceptable use

• You only ask us to call people you are allowed to call, and you keep records of consent where the law requires it.
• Your script is truthful. You do not impersonate anyone or hide who is calling.
• You never ask us to call numbers that opted out, and you pass on opt-outs you receive elsewhere.
• You do not use Outreon for debt collection, political calls, or calls to consumers' personal phones without consent.

We may pause an account that breaks these rules.

Calling rules

Outreon applies the calling mode for your country (see Compliance). These safeguards help but do not replace your own legal duties.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance; extra answered calls are billed monthly in arrears. You can cancel any time; the plan runs to the end of the paid month.

Data

You own your call data. We process it on your behalf as described in our privacy policy and data processing terms.
